What is Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
A building, its plant and equipment represent a major investment and those assets need to be properly maintained to operate efficiently. A well-maintained building provides landlords and occupants with a safe and productive work environment while creating lasting value.
We provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), which is a schedule of planned maintenance operations aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of our PPM is to prevent the failure of equipment before it actually occurs, which in the process saves you money.
We also provide a Reactive Maintenance Service, this is a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year reactive maintenance service for contracted clients, to ensure that any breakdown or problem is resolved rapidly and cost-effectively.
Our services are designed to preserve and enhance equipment reliability by replacing worn components before they actually fail, which includes: equipment checks, partial or complete overhauls at specified periods. Examples of these are, filter changes, oil changes, lubrication of parts.
In addition, our engineers record equipment deterioration so they know to replace or repair worn parts before they cause system failure. It is the most cost effective way of extending the lifecycle of existing machinery. Our PPM greatly reduces call out costs and labour fees, causes less disruption and is a much better alternative to risking a potentially damaging breakdown of equipment.
We offer bespoke maintenance packages for any commercial and retail premises. We currently have contracts for, offices, retail units, restaurants and gymnasiums located in Essex and London. Please contact us today for a free site survey and consultation.
